Made for the work

A little more detail.
A lot more possibility.

01

One person, more than one relationship

Use relationship labels to organize people as leads, customers, investors, or partners. A contact can appear in several views while keeping the same record.

02

Collections for the things you track

Add custom fields to collections for people, organizations, deals, or products. Link related records, such as a contact and the company they work for.

03

The right view for the moment

Save a collection's filters, sorting, and layout as a view. Use a table for details or a board for stages, then show that view on the pages where it is useful.

04

A useful starting point

Start with a workspace template. It reuses compatible collections and adds the missing fields, views, and pages for you to customize.

From idea to everyday

Put it to work.

A practical starting point for crm & collections.

  1. 01

    Set up your workspace

Preview a workspace template or create a collection with the fields your team needs.

  2. 02

    Bring in the details

Add or import records, link people to organizations and deals, and save views for the relationships and stages you need to follow.

  3. 03

    Keep the next step visible

Update stages, assignments, and notes as each relationship moves forward.

A little more clarity

Good questions.

Can I use Scribed for more than a sales pipeline?

Yes. Create collections with custom fields for distinct things such as projects or products. Use relationship labels and filtered Contacts views for clients, investors, and partners.

Do I have to start from an empty workspace?

No. Workspace templates configure collections, views, and pages once, reusing compatible collections you already have. The resulting setup belongs to your workspace and can be renamed and customized.

Can someone be both a customer and an investor?

Yes. New templates support multiple relationship labels on one contact. In an older collection with a single Relationship selection, an owner or admin can choose Allow multiple in Manage fields after reviewing the upgrade requirements.

What happens to an older workspace's separate Leads collection?

Existing workspaces can keep using their current collections. Applying a template does not merge existing people records or upgrade their Relationship field; those changes require a separate upgrade.
